I was trying to mirror (flip and tile) a video file but could not find the appropriate plugin in virtualdub. Luckily, virtualdub has a plugin sdk that I can simply modify to my needs. Here is the source files for the plugin. It is a bit unusual that someone would actually want to mirror a video clip. But, who knows?
